We're seeking a motivated Junior CSM to join our team and deliver high-class value to the EMEA market.
As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our B2B clients. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, providing training on our AI agent product, and serving as the main point of contact for ongoing support. Your goal will be to ensure our customers achieve their desired outcomes, retain their business, and identify growth opportunities.
Day to Day:
Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth setup and integration of our AI agent solution.
Customer Training: Provide comprehensive training on the use and customization of our AI product for sales, customer service, and knowledge base purposes.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and support requests.
Product Optimization: Work with clients to understand their specific needs and recommend the best use cases, workflows, and optimizations to maximize the value of the AI agent.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and R&D teams to ensure clients' needs are met and product feedback is communicated internally.
Customer Retention & Growth: Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional features and services.
Data-Driven Success: Track key customer success metrics, such as usage rates, retention, and customer satisfaction, and provide reports to management.
What you bring to the table
2+ years of experience as a customer success manager in SaaS companies - Big plus for an AI product company
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technology in simple terms.
A passion for helping clients succeed and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge or interest in AI, machine learning, or automation technology is highly desirable.
Full proficiency in English & Hebrew.
