מרכז הדרכה גדול ובינלאומי
, כחלק מארגון גלובלי מוביל הפועל בקדמת הטכנולוגיה וההדרכה אצל אחד מלקוחותינו.

אנחנו מחפשים מנהל/ת תפעול מנוסה, עצמאי/ת ובעל/ת חשיבה מערכתית, שי/שתיקח אחריות מלאה על הפעילות השוטפת, תוביל צוותים מגוונים, ותבטיח מצוינות תפעולית בסביבה דינמית ומאתגרת – הכול במסגרת רילוקיישן מלא לחו״ל.

מה כוללת המשרה

  • אחריות מלאה על כלל מערך התפעול של מרכז ההדרכה – מקצה לקצה.
  • הובלה וניהול של צוות רב־תחומי: מדריכים, אדמיניסטרציה, IT ולוגיסטיקה.
  • ניהול תקציבים, רכש והקצאת משאבים, תוך שמירה על יעילות ובקרה.
  • שיפור והטמעת תהליכים תפעוליים בסביבה מורכבת ובקצב גבוה.
  • עבודה שוטפת מול ספקים, כולל חוזים, מו״מ ולוחות זמנים.
  • ממשק ישיר עם לקוחות ושותפים, פתרון אתגרים בזמן אמת ושמירה על רמת שירות גבוהה.

דרישות חובה

  • ניסיון של לפחות 5 שנים בניהול תפעול / ניהול מסגרות הדרכה או חינוך.
  • אנגלית ברמה גבוהה מאוד – דיבור וכתיבה שוטפים.
  • דרכון זר בתוקף – חובה.

  • מנהלים עם יכולת הובלה, רתימת אנשים ויחסי אנוש מעולים.
  • פרופיל עצמאי, אחראי, כזה שאוהב לקחת בעלות מלאה על תחום.
