Sales Operations Specialist
to join its headquarters in Ra'anana. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, global environment and enjoys driving operational excellence across teams.

About the Role

You will manage the full sales order lifecycle—from order entry through fulfillment and post-sales coordination—ensuring accuracy, smooth communication, and a high-quality customer experience. As a central link between Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance, you will streamline processes, optimize CRM workflows, and deliver data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, validate, and enter customer orders into the CRM system
  • Verify pricing, quantities, delivery terms, and compliance
  • Collaborate with sales teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Manage returns, credit notes, and order-related transactions
  • Maintain and update customer data and CRM workflows
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and performance analytics
  • Support product launches, promotions, and cross-functional projects
  • Ensure ongoing coordination and clear communication across teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations –
    required
  • Hands-on CRM experience –
    required
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills –
    required
  • Fluent English –
    required
  • Background in FMCG or beauty distribution –
    strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields – advantage
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, proactive
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-team communication skills
  • Additional European languages – advantage
