Your Story:

We're looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Growth Marketing & Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll combine strategic planning with hands-on execution—building high-quality lead pipelines, leveraging industry partnerships, and owning event marketing from concept through ROI analysis. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content teams to develop campaigns, optimize landing pages, and uncover new business opportunities. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances creativity with analytical thinking, and enjoys both external relationship-building and internal campaign execution.

What You'll Do:

  • Research, identify, and qualify high-value prospects in both existing and new markets.
  • Build and manage BDR/SDR campaigns with Sales and Marketing to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads.
  • Monitor industry trends, follow up with engaged leads, and hand off qualified leads seamlessly to Sales.
  • Leverage partnerships with organizations such as OTT.X, DPAA, and Beeler to open new conversion channels and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content to develop persuasive messaging, campaign assets, and high-converting landing pages on HubSpot or other platforms.
  • Manage sponsored events and industry-based event opportunities and partnerships, from ideation to post-event ROI reporting—including logistics, vendor coordination, lead capture in Salesforce, and feedback sessions for continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or digital marketing support.
  • Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • Experience in B2B and/or SaaS technology companies.
  • Creative thinker with a guerrilla marketing approach—maximizing impact with limited resources.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva, Similarweb, and other tracking tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, thriving in dynamic environments.
