About the Role

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented growth marketing Manager to run high-impact ad campaigns across every platform that will have us. You'll combine analytical skills with creative thinking to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable results. If you love diving into numbers, tinkering with automation, and finding clever ways to improve funnels and conversions, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across multiple channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Tiktok, niche platforms).
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics (CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate) to make data-driven optimizations.
  • Develop and manage A/B tests for creative, targeting, and landing pages to improve funnel efficiency.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop ad creatives that convert.
  • Set up and maintain campaign automation workflows for reporting, audience targeting, and budget pacing.
  • Track and report on performance metrics, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay ahead of digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on campaign management experience in paid media (agency or in-house).
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, metrics, and reporting dashboards.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and tracking platforms (HubSpot, Zapier, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Experience creating and optimizing conversion funnels.
  • Ability to balance creativity with a data-driven approach.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized.
