About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and highly analytical Growth & Strategic Client Manager to join our team. In this role, you will own and grow strategic client relationships while driving performance across large-scale digital campaigns. You'll serve as the key link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring that business objectives translate into measurable growth. This is a hybrid role combining account management, growth strategy, and performance marketing expertise. The position includes international travel for conferences and client meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow strategic client accounts, ensuring strong long-term partnerships.
 - Identify and execute growth opportunities, upsell, and expansion within existing accounts.
 - Oversee campaign performance across channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
 - Drive revenue growth: Use modern outbound techniques to identify and execute on cross-sell, upsell, and upgrade opportunities within your portfolio of accounts.
 - Collaborate with internal teams (media, creative, analytics) to deliver data-driven marketing strategies.
 - Prepare and present performance reviews, growth roadmaps, and strategic recommendations.
 - Represent BeezB at international conferences and client meetings, including regular overseas travel.
 - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, combining strategic insights with hands-on performance expertise.
 
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, client management, or growth roles.
 - Proven track record of managing high-value global accounts and delivering measurable results.
 - Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat).
 - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics/attribution tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar).
 - Excellent communication & relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence both clients and internal teams.
 - Native-level English proficiency (written & spoken)
