We're looking for an extraordinary Client Executive to engage with high-level governmental officials and deliver a premium standard of trust and partnership. As a trusted advisor, you'll navigate complex networks with ease, fostering relationships built on integrity and excellence. Your unique blend of people skills and technical expertise ensures unwavering client trust and commitment.
Your ability to captivate customers, and cultivate strategic partnerships, and you are ready to drive exceptional outcomes and elevate client partnerships to the elite level, will be pivotal in fueling our expansion.
Responsibilities:
The Client Executive is responsible for managing the overall relationship and communication with the client. This includes overseeing all aspects of the client's activities, including hardware and software delivery, planning, coordination, testing, and system support, as well as leading regular status meetings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Managing maintenance renewals, collections, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams and company resources to meet client requirements.
- Maintaining financial control and oversight of the client's system.
- Managing internal interfaces such as: Program, research, solution architects, support team.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience managing global enterprise Clients in a Hi-tech company/governments
- Fluent in English. Strong English written and verbal communications skills
- Strong technical understanding and background.
- Additional languages is a big plus (specifically Arabic, French, Spanish)
- Proven presentations and client facing skills
- Proven managerial skills
