About The Role
As a
Senior Manager, Growth Marketing
to build and scale an AI-driven growth engine that fuels awareness, engagement, and pipeline creation. You'll lead performance marketing across paid, organic, and digital channels, partnering closely with the Director of Revenue Marketing and Senior Manager of Communications & Community to turn demand strategy into measurable results.
You'll experiment aggressively, automate relentlessly, and analyze obsessively — driving qualified pipelines through smart targeting, testing, and optimization. This role is for someone who can think strategically, execute fast, and make growth measurable.
What You'll Do
AI-Driven Growth & Digital Strategy
- Design and execute full-funnel digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and ABM, using AI and automation to optimize creative, spend, and targeting.
- Partner with the Director of Revenue Marketing to align on demand creation, campaign design, and lead conversion strategies.
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Communications & Community to ensure message alignment and cohesive execution across campaigns and channels.
- Manage the website experience, landing pages, and conversion flows with an experimentation mindset focused on performance and lead velocity.
- Build and maintain an AI-informed testing framework for audience segmentation, creative performance, and conversion optimization.
- Manage external agencies and freelancers supporting digital execution, paid programs, and analytics.
- Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, tools, and platforms to continually push Nagomi's growth strategy forward.
Data, Automation & Optimization
- Own campaign analytics and reporting in HubSpot, GA4, and other core systems to track performance and pipeline impact.
- Partner with marketing operations resources to implement AI-powered dashboards, attribution models, and predictive insights.
- Run regular A/B and multivariate tests to improve funnel performance across awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Provide data-backed recommendations that shape campaign strategy, budget allocation, and channel mix.
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with product marketing, brand, and GTM teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery.
- Align growth efforts to company goals around awareness, pipeline contribution, and efficiency.
- Move fast, communicate clearly, and deliver measurable outcomes that demonstrate marketing's impact on revenue.
Requirements:
- 6–8 years of experience in digital or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Deep knowledge of paid and organic acquisition, marketing automation, and performance optimization.
- Proven experience using AI tools and data modeling to enhance targeting, personalization, and reporting.
- Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and modern campaign management platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into fast action.
- Track record of driving measurable pipeline growth through experimentation and performance-driven strategy.
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally in a high-growth environment.
