We process 600M+ jobs globally in real-time, serving government workforce programs, universities, and career centers in multiple international markets.
The Role We're seeking an experienced, product-minded Account Manager based in Israel to own the success of our enterprise clients. You'll be the primary point of contact for workforce development programs, universities, and government organizations—but this isn't a traditional account management role. You need to understand our product deeply, think strategically about how new features solve client problems, and actively drive expansion through consultative upselling.
This is a critical role as we scale our Israeli market presence and expand our government and institutional partnerships. You'll work in a fast-moving startup environment where product evolution is constant, and your ability to translate new capabilities into client value will directly impact our growth.
What You'll Do
- Serve as primary relationship owner for enterprise clients, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Conduct regular check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning sessions with clients
- Monitor client health metrics, platform usage, and engagement to proactively identify opportunities and risks
- Develop deep product expertise and serve as a trusted advisor on how Metaintro's features solve workforce development challenges
- Identify and execute upsell opportunities by mapping client needs to existing and upcoming product capabilities
- Consultatively sell additional features, expanded user licenses, and new product modules to drive account expansion
- Coordinate technical implementation, onboarding, and knowledge center integrations with internal teams
- Troubleshoot issues, escalate concerns, and ensure rapid resolution of client challenges
- Act as the voice of the customer to product and engineering teams—translating client feedback into actionable product insights
- Stay ahead of product roadmap and proactively introduce clients to new features that drive adoption and expansion
- Develop deep expertise in workforce development, labor market intelligence, and career services
- Create and maintain client documentation, playbooks, and success materials
- Track and report on account performance, renewal forecasts, and expansion pipeline
What You Bring
REQUIRED:
- 3+ years of account management or customer success experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technology services
- Strong product intuition—you understand how software products work, how features connect to customer outcomes, and how to articulate technical value to non-technical buyers
- Proven track record of upselling and expanding accounts through consultative, product-led conversations
- Startup experience strongly preferred—you thrive in zero-to-one environments where processes are being built and product is rapidly evolving
- Based in Israel with ability to meet clients in person as needed
- Native or fluent Hebrew and English (written and spoken)
- Experience working with government organizations, educational institutions, or workforce programs strongly preferred
- Strong relationship-building skills with ability to navigate organizational hierarchies
- Excellent communication skills—can translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and sell product value
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Comfortable with data analysis and reporting on account health metrics
- Entrepreneurial mindset—you take ownership, move fast, and aren't afraid to figure things out as the company scales
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in HR tech, recruiting platforms, or workforce development
- Background in customer success or account management at early-stage or high-growth startups (seed through Series B)
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, or design teams
- Previous experience as a Product Manager, Solutions Engineer, or technical CSM
