Playdigo is growing fast, and we're looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our performance team and help drive smart, scalable, data-driven user acquisition.

What You'll Be Doing


• Lead, manage, and optimize UA campaigns across programmatic platforms (CPI/CPA/CPM, retargeting, and CTV)


• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities


• Build and refine targeting strategies, creatives, and bidding approaches


• Own end-to-end client management and support their ongoing growth


• Manage and grow publisher relationships, including onboarding, communication, troubleshooting, and performance optimization


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and strong delivery

What We're Looking For


• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing programmatic UA campaigns


• Strong understanding of AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava, Singular


• Experience working with CPI/CPA/CPM buying models


• Familiarity with retargeting, CTV, and advanced optimization flows


• Strong analytical mindset + excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills


• Ability to manage time independently, take ownership, and think creatively


• A big-picture mindset with strong responsibility, initiative, and self-management


• Excellent English (written & spoken)
