Role Description

This full-time, on-site Account Manager role is based in Tel Aviv-Yafo. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering advertising solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients to understand their needs, developing and implementing strategies, monitoring campaign performance, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaign outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Customer relationship management, client communication, and account management skills
  • Experience with advertising campaigns, campaign monitoring, and performance optimization
  • Project coordination and strategic planning capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams to achieve common goals
  • Experience in digital advertising or media is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
