We are looking for a
Customer Service Coordinator
to join our team and provide excellent support to our clients while ensuring smooth order management and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle, track, and document customer inquiries from start to resolution
  • Provide professional customer service, including order entry, phone support, and handling inquiries or complaints
  • Proactively update customers on delivery timelines, stock availability, and future orders
  • Support product managers and business units with relevant requests
  • Process returns and log customer complaints in the system
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and guidelines
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members
  • Report exceptions and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or call centers – an advantage
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office – required
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities
