Vice President of Sales

A global company connecting Israeli technology companies in the fields of cyber, defense, innovation, and smart cities with governments, institutional bodies, and leading corporations worldwide is seeking an experienced and talented VP of Sales & Business Development. This is a key leadership role in a growing international organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the company's global sales and business development activities
- Manage a team of 4 employees (2 sales managers and 2 business development managers)
- Develop and implement a global sales strategy and drive market penetration into new regions
- Lead complex, high-value sales processes (B2G / B2B)
- Initiate and manage strategic relationships with clients, partners, government entities, and industry leaders
- Conduct commercial negotiations with senior executives in governments, defense organizations, and leading companies
- Play an active role in shaping the company's overall business strategy
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales and business development –
must - Proven background in defense/security industries –
must - Familiarity with the cyber sector – advantage
- Experience managing teams and driving sales targets –
must - Proven track record in large-scale sales and negotiations with senior stakeholders in both public and private sectors
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) –
must - Strong leadership and management skills, strategic thinking, initiative, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel abroad
