In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For
You'll drive the architecture, design, and implementation of our platform's frontend experience, ensuring it's both scalable and elegant. But just as importantly—you'll get into the room with VPs, C-level execs, and architects, and you'll
own the narrative
. You'll inspire, challenge, and guide decisions across the company.

• Take a key part in the design and development of platform-wide frontend architecture and frameworks.
• Mentor and grow engineers, building a culture of excellence and autonomy.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to shape the platform vision.
• Influence cross-org decisions—communicating ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

About You

• 7+ years of frontend engineering experience, experience in leadership roles is a bonus.
• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend ecosystems.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset—balancing speed with scalability.
• Exceptional communication skills; you can simplify the complex and win hearts and minds.
• Experience driving architectural change across multiple teams or products.
• A builder's mentality: you thrive in ambiguity, create clarity, and make things happen
