We're now looking for a professional to help shape our games and support our studio's ongoing growth. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft meaningful player experiences, define key success metrics, and apply data-driven insights that guide our product development journey.

What you'll be doing:

• Collaborate with teams to design and refine the economic and statistical systems of our games, focusing on player engagement and satisfaction.
• Identify and track key metrics that reflect how our games and features perform.
• Create models and simulations that help us understand and anticipate player needs.
• Support regulatory compliance by validating models and ensuring standards are followed.
• Develop reports and visual tools that highlight trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Explore market and player insights to inspire future design decisions.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related area.
• Understanding of data analysis, statistical modeling, and economic principles.
• Experience using data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or similar) for analysis and visualization.
• Experience in game design, development, or programming is a plus.
• Genuine enthusiasm for games—both as a player and a creator.
