We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Retail Account Manager to lead and support the execution of our retail vision.

In this role, you'll partner closely with our VP of Sales to manage relationships with retail partners, oversee key marketing efforts, and uphold brand standards—all while boosting sales and ensuring profitability. This is an incredible opportunity to play a pivotal role in a rapidly growing company and help shape the future of MAËLYS in the retail space.

Your life at MAËLYS will look like…

  • Leading and implementing sales campaigns, promotions, and events to drive top performance across retail outlets.
  • Tracking and managing retail marketing and expense budgets to align with overall revenue and margin goals.
  • Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across every retail touchpoint.
  • Supporting retail expansion through well-planned project briefs and timelines.
  • Leveraging data and insights to evaluate sales trends, inform strategic decisions, and support forecasting and planning.
  • Cultivating strong partnerships with key retail accounts, maintaining open communication and shared brand goals.

You will thrive in this role if you have…

  • Prior experience as a Retail Coordinator or Account Manager is required.
  • Ulta / Sephora experience is a MUST.
  • A deep understanding of the retail landscape, with experience across different retail models considered a plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in the beauty retail sector.
  • Proven success launching new products and executing retail marketing strategies.
  • A track record of managing budgets and achieving sales goals in a retail setting.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A genuine passion for beauty and retail, with a focus on driving growth and innovation.
  • A motivated, results-focused mindset and a proactive, "can-do" approach.
  • A Bachelor's degree.

Salary Range: 90, ,000 $ annually
