altshare is looking for an experienced, driven, and people-oriented Team Lead to head our growing Account Management team
If you're passionate about client relationships, know your way around fintech or SaaS environments, and have a proven leadership track record – we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers to ensure exceptional client service and performance
- Oversee day-to-day team operations, workload management, and professional development
- Take ownership of client success: retention, satisfaction, and strategic growth
- Build and improve workflows, KPIs, and service methodologies
- Manage high-value and complex accounts directly
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Product, and R&D teams
- Serve as a strategic point of contact for key clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience
in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role – at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial capacity - Experience working with B2B clients – preferably in SaaS, fintech, or complex technical products
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills – ability to inspire, guide, and develop others
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Fluent in English – written and spoken
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with changing priorities
