About the Role

Exceptional opportunity to join a new technology company under IBI Investment House. This is a unique, newly created key position that will be at the center of the company's operational and strategic management activities, with direct reporting to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily business and organizational operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Partner with internal teams and key stakeholders at our investment firm – manage project status updates, monitor task progress, and drive successful delivery.
  • Identify operational efficiency opportunities and implement solutions to enhance business processes.
  • Oversee budget management and vendor relationships, conduct performance monitoring, and deliver comprehensive reports.
  • Provide executive support to the CEO including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Proven experience working with senior executives and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong technological aptitude and comfort with digital tools.
  • Experience with budget preparation and reporting – preferred.
