A international cosmetics company operating across multiple international markets is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Brand Manager to drive brand development, visibility, and product launches on a global scale.

Role Overview
The role holds end-to-end responsibility for brand growth, combining strategic ownership with hands-on execution. It focuses on shaping brand positioning, leading product development initiatives, and delivering successful launches across diverse international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of brand product development processes and execution of international product launches
  • Defining, developing, and leading brand strategy across positioning, visibility, marketing, and commercial channels
  • Planning, managing, and monitoring annual marketing plans in collaboration with regional and international stakeholders
  • Overseeing the creation, localisation, and ongoing adaptation of marketing materials for multiple global markets
  • Managing brand-related projects and launch activities while ensuring delivery against timelines and key milestones
  • Continuously analysing brand performance, market trends, and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions
  • Working closely with internal creative teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand execution

Requirements

  • Fluent English at a professional level is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
  • Experience working with branding agencies and/or creative studios is considered an advantage
  • Background in consumer goods or beauty-related industries is considered an advantage
  • Proven ability to develop concepts and execute initiatives from ideation through implementation
  • Strong creative, strategic, and conceptual thinking capabilities
  • Proactive approach with a high sense of ownership and initiative
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
