Role Overview

We are seeking a
Market Analysis & User Acquisition (UA) Specialist
to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid user acquisition campaigns across digital platforms. This role combines analytical rigor with creative campaign management to drive app installs, optimize cost efficiency, and acquire high-LTV users.

You will play a pivotal role in scaling Roseberry's audience and shaping our growth strategy by leveraging data-driven insights and hands-on campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify audience trends, performance benchmarks, and new opportunities across paid channels.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across
    Meta
    ,
    TikTok
    ,
    Snapchat
    ,
    Google Ads (UAC)
    , and
    Apple Search Ads (ASA)
    .
  • Continuously monitor and analyze KPIs - including
    CPI
    ,
    CPA
    ,
    ROAS
    ,
    Retention
    , and
    LTV
  • to refine strategy and maximize ROI.
  • Design and execute
    A/B tests
    for creatives, ad formats, placements, and audience targeting to identify winning combinations.
  • Collaborate with the
    BI and analytics
    teams to ensure accurate attribution, data tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Provide actionable insights to
    product
    and
    monetization
    teams regarding audience behavior and user value.
  • Forecast and manage
    UA budgets
    , ensuring efficient daily spend allocation across multiple platforms.

Requirements

  • 4+ years
    of experience managing user acquisition campaigns in mobile or digital products.
  • Deep expertise in
    Meta Ads Manager
    ,
    TikTok Ads
    ,
    Snapchat Ads
    ,
    Google UAC
    , and
    Apple Search Ads
    .
  • Proven success in scaling campaigns efficiently while maintaining strong
    CPA
    and
    ROAS
    performance.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with mobile attribution tools (e.g.,
    AppsFlyer
    ,
    Adjust
    ,
    Branch
    ) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with
    entertainment
    ,
    gaming
    , or
    subscription-based apps
    is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
