Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a User Acquisition Manager located in Tel Aviv-Yafo, with some work-from-home flexibility. The User Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing user acquisition strategies, managing advertising campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for better results. The role also involves conducting market research, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with different departments to achieve user acquisition goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in User Acquisition, Growth Marketing, and Digital Advertising
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with performance tracking tools
- Ability to develop and implement effective user acquisition strategies
- Familiarity with market research and identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in the technology or recruitment industry is a plus
