Responsibilities -
As our User Acquisition Manager, you'll play a key role in driving Play Perfect's growth and success by:
- Campaign Management:
Plan, launch, and optimize UA campaigns across multiple platforms (DSPs, SDK networks, affiliates, and incentivized networks) to drive growth and meet KPIs. - Creative Collaboration:
Partner with the creative team to design, test, and refine high-performing ad creatives and marketing assets. - Analytical Deep Dives:
Perform in-depth data analysis on campaign performance, player behavior, and funnel metrics to identify growth opportunities. - Testing & Experimentation:
Take calculated risks and design structured A/B tests to discover new channels, partners, and approaches. - Competitive Research:
Monitor industry trends and competitors on a daily basis to stay ahead of market shifts and emerging opportunities. - Partnership Development:
Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with acquisition partners and platforms. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, BI, and creative teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment of growth strategies.
Requirments:
- 2–4 years of performance marketing or user acquisition experience, ideally in the mobile gaming industry.
- Experience from gaming studios, affiliates, brand marketing, DSPs, or SSPs is highly valued.
- Analytical Mindset:
Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to dive deep, identify trends, and translate insights into actions. - Campaign Skills:
Proven track record of running and optimizing campaigns with measurable ROAS and user growth results. - Growth Mindset: Open to experimentation, taking thoughtful risks, and learning from structured tests to drive continuous improvement
- Technical Proficiency:
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust). - Passion for Games:
Curiosity about gaming trends and a strong motivation to understand player behavior. - Language:
Fluent English, both spoken and written. - BA/B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
