About the Role:
As a
Customer Manager in the Healthcare sector
, you will lead and manage relationships with strategic clients, including leading
pharmaceutical, medical equipment, and advanced technology companies
. This role combines
high-level account management, service excellence, and business development
across global interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage existing accounts and develop new business collaborations.
• Oversee complex
import/export, distribution, and logistics
processes within the Healthcare industry.
• Lead service processes and coordinate between departments, supply chain partners, and international stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with
regulatory standards, GDP
, and other quality requirements.
• Drive
profitability, performance, and customer satisfaction
goals.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in account management – advantage.
• Previous experience in the
Healthcare industry – mandatory.
• Strong understanding of
import/export, supply chain, and international trade terms.
• High-level
English
(spoken and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation ability, and business acumen.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
