We are Cyber Security is a fast‑growing startup focused on Web3 and user protection, Co‑founded by seasoned cybersecurity experts, We are building the next frontier in Web3 security. We're looking for a Head of Product Analytics & Market Intelligence, a senior operator who can architect our analytics foundation, lead data strategy, and connect product insights with market reality. You'll work directly with the CEO to co-design KPIs, decision frameworks, and data-driven processes that guide growth, monetization, and product direction. You'll also track market trends and competitor activity to ensure our strategy aligns with the evolving Web3 landscape. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who can move seamlessly from defining metrics to building dashboards, mentoring developers, and influencing leadership decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the CEO to define KPIs, dashboards, and data strategy that drive company-wide decisions.

Architect and implement the end-to-end analytics flow and infrastructure, from event tracking to reporting.

Guide and train developers on event instrumentation and data quality.

Build dashboards and reports tracking user growth, engagement, retention, and monetization.

Lead data-driven experimentation, A/B testing, and cohort analysis.

Research crypto, DeFi, and Web3 trends to inform product and monetization strategy.

Conduct competitor analysis and identify emerging market opportunities.

Translate data and research into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in product or growth analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategy-defining role.

Proven track record building or scaling analytics frameworks or data teams from scratch.

Deep knowledge of Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, Big-Query, or similar tools.

Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization platforms (e.g. Looker, Metabase, or Tableau).

Expertise in user behavior analysis, funnels, retention, and monetization metrics.

Strong communication skills: able to translate complex data into executive level insights.

Curiosity and understanding of crypto, DeFi, and Web3 ecosystems.

Experience in market intelligence, growth strategy, or security-related Products- Advantage.
