About the role:
Leading business processes for the development of products in the evolving world of payments, both internally and in collaboration with strategic business partners.
- Full ownership of product and service development processes in the advanced payments domain, from ideation to go-live
- Needs analysis, scoping, roadmap planning, KPI definition, and structured work planning (Gantt)
- Leading discussions with existing and potential business partners to establish and strengthen strategic collaborations based on new products
- Competitive landscape analysis, monitoring local and global trends, and benchmarking against leading international products
Requirements:
- Relevant bachelor's degree – mandatory
- At least one year of experience in product management or project management – mandatory
- Experience working with business partners
- Experience in large organizations and in leading cross-functional initiatives – an advantage
- Experience in the financial sector (payments, credit) – an advantage
- Creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and strong motivation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with structured and prioritized work plans
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong logical and analytical thinking for complex problem solving
- Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint)
