A leading academic institution in the Center area is looking to hire an
HR Specialist
This role will be part of the HR & Recruitment team, reporting directly to the HR Manager.
This is a full-time, hybrid position.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment process management
– from defining position requirements to employee onboarding: including job postings, resume screening, phone and in-person interviews, reference checks, salary offer preparation, and onboarding processes. - Employee lifecycle management
– handling all aspects from hiring to termination: including employment terms, personal events, attendance and absences, and related HR processes. - Organizational projects and processes
– leading cross-organizational initiatives in the areas of training, organizational development, employee wellbeing, and more. - HR systems management
– working with various HR platforms (payroll, employee data maintenance, recruitment system, attendance system), including generating reports and analyzing data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field –
mandatory - 1-2 years of experience
as a Recruiter in an organization or placement agency –
mandatory - Excellent interpersonal skills
- Previous experience working with ATS and HR systems - strong advantage
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
