M&A Analyst – Ondas Autonomous Systems (Petah Tikva)

Ondas Autonomous Systems (OAS), daughter company of Ondas (Nasdaq: ONDS), develops advanced autonomous drone and robotics platforms for Defense and HLS applications. OAS is recognized for its innovative solutions in the autonomous systems sector, addressing a wide range of applications with cutting-edge technology.

Role Description

The M&A analyst will be a critical member of OAS M&A team with direct involvement in deal execution. The Analyst will be part of OAS M&A team and will be responsible for building and maintaining targets pipeline, conducting detailed due diligence and supporting the execution of transactions. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Petah Tikva, with some work from home acceptable.

We are seeking qualified candidates who possess knowledge and interest in the defense and financials sectors. Analyst would be responsible for the following:

  • Building and maintaining M&A targets pipeline
  • Financial analysis and modelling
  • Preparation of memoranda and other investment materials for internal and external use
  • Conducting financial and other business-related due diligence
  • Coordinating complex and time-sensitive processes with various stake holders
  • Assistance in the execution of transactions

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, including investing firms/funds, investment banking/M&A, financial advising or strategic consulting
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Experience with DD and Valuation processes
  • Expertise in Finance, financial modelling and accounting principles
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong desire to learn and research defense-tech initiatives
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure
  • Native -level English with strong writing and communication skills
