About The Role
We are looking for a motivated DevOps Manager to lead our next generation Platform Engineering team. Your mission will be to design and deliver a cutting-edge self-service portal, enabling developers to consume infrastructure and application services with a single click. You will leverage tools like Backstage, Crossplane, and similar platforms to create a unified developer experience. You will empower our dev teams through automated CI/CD pipelines and on-demand environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the Platform Engineering team, fostering innovation and learning
  • Design and deliver a developer-facing self-service portal for seamless service consumption
  • Architect, build, and maintain robust CI/CD processes
  • Enable on-demand, scalable test and production environments
  • Collaborate with development, security, and IT teams to continuously improve the developer experience
  • Drive automation and standardization across our infrastructure

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience (2+ years in a similar leadership or management role)
  • Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Practical experience with Kubernetes and Argo (Argo Workflows, Argo CD)
  • Proven experience building self-service or developer platforms
  • Hands-on expertise with CI/CD tools and processes
  • Experience with infrastructure as code and automated environment provisioning
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
