Project Manager and System Analyst

An Israeli company that enables to easily build, run, and scale dream workflows on one platform is looking for a Project Manager and System Analyst to support its financial and operational business processes, and to optimize them using multiple information systems. Your responsibilities will include leading internal applications projects in a fast-paced global environment and supporting multiple units with on-going changes in their business processes.

This position requires tight collaboration with various teams and vendors and the ability to define cross-functional business processes, implement changes and enhancements, and provide data analysis on a regular basis



About The Role
  • Initiate and lead complex projects lifecycle from planning to going live and stabilization
  • Work directly with multiple stakeholders inside and outside the company to identify pain points, identify process improvements opportunities and push to create automation where appropriate.
  • Business applications development and maintenance to ensure continuous delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions and meet the business needs.
  • Hands-on business applications management including configuration, maintenance, and documentation of multiple information systems, as well as their continuous improvement in the corporate domains.
  • Create clear, concise, and complete functional specifications and think through problems to make actionable recommendations.
  • Proactively initiate solutions to increase efficiency and visibility across the organization.
  • Manage change communication and coordinate end-user training for system implementations.
  • Assist in KPI's definitions, data maintenance, reports generation and forecasting process.


Your Experience & Skills
  • 5 years experience with financial systems implementation in Medium – large size company.
  • Experience with implementation of global financial processes – must
  • Hands-on experience with Priority ERP, Netsuite or any consolidation system – big advantage
  • Hands on experience with integration tool (Workato for example) – big advantage
  • Experience with implementation of Purchasing, Travel, payments, and Integration tools - advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Computer Science or similar or CPA
