  • Handling of customers request via emails & phone
  • Manage an email box
  • Entering containers into the system
Requirements
  • Academic education – a must
  • Good knowledge of the shipping industry-an advantage
  • 2-3 years of practical experience in customer service - a must 
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, Excel (macro level) and PowerPoint in particular
  • Mastery of the English language
