What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead cross-organizational
    technology projects
    in an
    AS400 environment
  • Analyze, implement, and maintain
    ERP systems and interfaces
    , with a focus on
    order management, sales, and inventory
  • Collaborate with
    development teams, business users, and senior stakeholders
  • Own the
    entire project lifecycle
    – from requirements gathering to development, testing, and rollout

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end projects, including system integrations
  • Analyze business needs and write clear functional and technical specifications
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including key users and managers
  • Oversee and validate AS400-based processes and their integration with other systems
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables and support QA processes
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide innovative technical solutions
  • Lead ongoing system maintenance and drive process improvements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience
    in project management and ERP system analysis/implementation (especially in order and inventory modules)
  • Proven ability to write detailed functional and technical specifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant academic degree
