We are looking for a
CRM Project Manager
to lead and deliver end-to-end CRM projects. This role includes full ownership of planning, execution, and delivery, while working closely with internal teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end CRM projects.
  • Build and monitor
    project plans, Gantt charts, schedules, and budgets
    .
  • Prepare and present to
    steering committees
    , manage work plans and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a
    matrix environment
    .
  • Ensure project delivery meets scope, timeline, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience
    as a Project Manager (CRM / IT projects).
  • Proven experience in
    project management processes
    – planning, schedules, budgets, steering committees.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Advantage: experience in CRM systems implementation.
