We are looking for a proactive, service-oriented Sales & Customer Success Representative to support the onboarding and implementation of an innovative, AI-powered system for physicians and medical clinics. Our technology transforms the patient-intake process and significantly streamlines clinical workflows.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal communication
  • High service orientation, patience, and professionalism
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Experience, and Customer Service
  • Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Experience in Customer Support with a focus on proactive problem-solving and relationship management
  • Proven ability to enhance customer loyalty and deliver exceptional service
  • Proficiency in using
    Monday CRM
    and support tools is a plus
  • Fluency in English, and additional languages are an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site.
  • Experience in the healthcare or technology industry is beneficial
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Availability for evening calls (based on physicians' schedules)
  • Good command of English
