As a FP&A Manager you will own the core FP&A processes, including company-wide budgeting, forecasting, cost modeling, and strategic financial analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support company-wide planning, forecasting, and performance analysis processes
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic and operational decisions
  • Support annual budget and periodic forecast processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
  • Take ownership over key analyses and improve financial processes and frameworks
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Accounting team to ensure accurate periodically reporting
  • Review and approve monthly customer reports

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as an FP&A
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (CPA - Advantage)
  • Experience in Fintech companies
  • NetSuite - Advantage
  • Hands-on experience with company-wide budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
  • Strong business perspective, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
  • Clear and effective communicator, able to influence decisions through structured analysis and storytelling
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-growing environment
  • Comfortable operating in a global environment
