Role responsibilities

We're looking for a learning and development leader with strategic vision, strong operational skills, and proven managerial capabilities to lead our internal corporate academy

Manage and operate the company's internal training academy (courses, training programs, workshops, and more)

Develop learning content and training pathways for employees and managers

Collaborate with vendors, instructors, and internal subject matter experts

Build learning infrastructure (including digital tools) and measure learning effectiveness

Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization

Requirements

Bachelor's degree – mandatory

3–4 years of experience in L&D management or corporate academy leadership

Proven experience in developing diverse learning solutions (in-person and digital)

Strong organizational understanding, proactivity, and excellent interpersonal skills

Experience working with an LMS – a significant advantage

Location

The office is located in Bnei Brak, approximately a 7-minute walk from the 'Ben Gurion' light rail station
