Office Admin
to join our dynamic team at a leading Venture Capital Firm.

Full-time, in-office work 5 days a week

About the Role:

As the Office Admin, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting our team in various administrative and organizational tasks.

The ideal candidate should be an experienced office admin, preferably with a background in the tech or VC industries and experience working with global teams. Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, scheduling, and correspondence, handle administrative tasks, such as document management and expense tracking, preparing monthly salaries for employees, and bookkeeping.
  • Calendar Management: Coordinate, manage, and prioritize complex international schedules across multiple time zones.
  • Assist with personal day-to-day tasks.
  • Travel Logistics: Plan and manage travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels.
  • Support HR processes, including onboarding new team members.
  • Assist in organizing events held at the office such as team-building events, celebrations, happy hours, and ecosystem events.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • A warm, approachable, and pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
