About the role:
We're looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Lead to join our fast-growing company and take charge of building a world-class hiring engine. This role combines direct recruiting with team leadership: you'll actively manage full-cycle hiring while also guiding a small team.
As we expand into new markets, such as the US and UK, you'll be instrumental in shaping our talent strategy, partnering with leadership, and ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to drive our business forward.
What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles, including R&D, Sales, and executive-level positions.
- Act as a player-coach: manage your hiring pipelines while mentoring and developing a small recruitment team.
- Partner with senior leadership to define hiring plans, align priorities, and execute on business-critical needs.
- Drive talent strategies that support growth in both new and existing markets.
- Champion a data-driven approach to recruitment, using metrics and insights to optimize processes and performance.
- Own and elevate the candidate experience, ensuring it is inclusive, professional, and engaging.
- Build and promote employer branding initiatives that strengthen our reputation in global markets.
- Enhance sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and workflows to enable scalable, efficient hiring.
- Lead and support programs around diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
Requirements:
- 5–6 years of global recruitment experience, with proven R&D and Sales hiring success.
- 2+ years of leadership experience, mentoring, and managing recruitment team members.
- A strong track record of recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth companies.
- Expert-level sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, other tools).
- Excellent interviewing capabilities, with a sharp eye for technical and cultural fit.
- Experience working with ATS systems (Comeet is a plus).
- Data-driven mindset: ability to analyze KPIs, adjust strategies, and report results.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
- Passion for technology, innovation, and building high-performing teams.
