במסגרת התפקיד:

ניהול ספקים וקבלני משנה במדינת היעד כולל תכנון, תיאום ובקרה על ביצוע העבודות מול קבלני משנה וצוותים מקומיים
ניהול תכנית עבודה, בניית לוחות זמנים, אבני דרך ותחומי אחריות, תוך דיווח שוטף למנהלים וללקוחות קצה
ניהול תקציב, עמידה בלוחות זמנים וביעדים מוגדרים
זיהוי וניהול סיכונים הקשורים לתקציב, לחוזה וללוחות הזמנים
אחריות על תיעוד מקצועי, כתיבת נהלים תפעוליים ומסמכי תחזוקה
טיפול באישורים רגולטוריים, ייצוא, שיווק  תוך עמידה בדרישות רגולציה במדינת היעד
עבודה כחלק מצוות מענה למכרזים, תוך אחריות על ניתוח דרישות ILS בדגש על תחזוקה, אמינות ותחזוקתיות, והפקת תוצרים לוגיסטיים והנדסיים התומכים בהצעה

דרישות:

תואר ראשון בהנדסה (אלקטרוניקה / מכונות / תוכנה / פיזיקה / תעשייה וניהול)
ניסיון של לפחות 3 שנים בניהול פרויקטים תחזוקה ושירות מולטידיסציפלינריים
ניסיון בכתיבת מענה למכרזים בינלאומיים בנושאי תחזוקה
יכולות ניהול טכני מולטי-דיסציפלינרי
ניסיון קודם כמהנדס מערכת / מנהל תוכנית / קצין.ת פרויקט טכנולוגי בצה"ל – יתרון
יכולת הנעת עובדים, קבלת החלטות, הצבת יעדים ועמידה בהם
ראייה עסקית ויכולת שיווקית
אנגלית ברמה גבוהה
נכונות לנסיעות מרובות לחו"ל
