About the Role

We are hiring a Mechanical Engineer for our offices in Kfar Yona. In this role, you'll be responsible for the development of aircraft components and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Development of aircraft components and systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
  • Expertise in designing mechanical parts and assemblies in CAD (SolidWorks preferred).
  • Experience leading projects successfully from requirements to production.
  • Ability to work independently, producing and evaluating multiple design concepts.
  • Expertise in structural loading and analysis (experience with FEA tools preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel (and preferably MATLAB).
  • Strong understanding of aerospace standard parts, materials and manufacturing processes.
  • 3 years of experience in designing aerospace components.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent presentation and communication skills.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with FEA tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel and MATLAB.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in aerospace component design.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
