Role Description

We are looking for passionate
Regional English Coordinators
to lead and expand English programs in their local communities across Israel.

This is an
independent, part-time role
suitable for teachers, educators, or entrepreneurs who want to combine teaching with educational leadership.

The position combines
teaching English to small groups
with
initiating and coordinating new English learning projects
in schools and community centers.

Coordinators receive full pedagogical training and ongoing support from the English Center team.

Work is location-flexible and can be done from your own region.

Responsibilities

  • Teach engaging English lessons to small groups of children.
  • Initiate and coordinate new English programs in local schools or community centers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, municipalities, and parents.
  • Ensure high-quality instruction and student engagement.
  • Collaborate with English Center's pedagogical team and participate in periodic trainings.

Qualifications

  • Background in English teaching, education, or youth instruction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about teaching English.
  • Bachelor's degree or teaching certificate preferred (not mandatory).
  • Fluency in English required; Hebrew is an advantage.
