תחומי אחריות

  • ניתוח ביצועים ונתונים של לקוחות מעולמות התיירות והמלונאות, וזיהוי מגמות, הזדמנויות וסיכונים.
  • עבודה שוטפת מול לקוחות – הבנת הצרכים העסקיים והצגת תובנות שמביאות ערך אמיתי.
  • תמיכה ביוזמות ניהול תשואה, תמחור ואופטימיזציה עסקית.
  • הכנת דוחות ודשבורדים לניטור מדדים מרכזיים (KPIs) והצגת ממצאים לגורמים פנימיים וחיצוניים.
  • ביצוע ניתוחי שוק ותחרות בתחומי התעופה, המלונאות וה-OTAs.

דרישות התפקיד

  • תואר ראשון בכלכלה / מנהל עסקים / הנדסה תעשייה וניהול או תחום רלוונטי אחר.
  • לפחות

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and data-driven
Travel & Revenue Analyst
to join our growing Travel & Hospitality division.

In this role, you'll analyze data from global hotel chains, airlines, and other travel-related partners, and work closely with customers to provide actionable insights that drive measurable business value.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of travel, data, and technology, within a team led by an industry expert with extensive revenue management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze performance data from travel and hospitality customers, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Collaborate daily with clients to understand their needs and translate data into clear business insights that bring real value.
  • Support pricing and yield optimization initiatives and help design data-driven recommendations.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor key KPIs and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses across airlines, hotels, and OTAs.

Requirements

  • BA/BSc
    in
    Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering
    , or a related analytical field.
  • 4+ years of experience
    in the
    travel or hospitality industry
    (airlines, hotel chains, or OTAs).
  • Proven experience with
    revenue management, yield management, or pricing analytics
    – a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Tableau / Power BI / Looker).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
  • English – advantage, not mandatory.

Preferred Background

  • Hands-on experience in revenue management departments (hotels, airlines, or travel tech).
  • Understanding of dynamic pricing models and demand forecasting.
  • Passion for the travel industry and data-driven decision making.
