Summary
We're looking for a creative and proactive
Growth Marketing Manager
. In this role, you will own our video content strategy and execution, with a focus on growing our presence across YouTube, LinkedIn, and X. This is an ideal role for someone who combines creative thinking with technical understanding and can independently manage the entire video production process.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a video content strategy to grow Wiz's presence on YouTube, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X.
• Conceptualize and create original video content from scratch, taking full ownership from ideation to final delivery.
• Write scripts, storyboard, coordinate production, and work with editors to produce high-quality videos.
• Coordinate with external production companies for higher-production-value initiatives
• Repurpose webinar content into shorter, engaging clips for social platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Research, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing to create educational and explainer videos that showcase cloud vulnerabilities, product features, and quarterly updates.
• Create entertaining and educational content including training videos, explainers, and humor-based campaigns.
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize content strategy based on audience engagement.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in video content creation and strategy development for B2B companies.
• Strong creativity with the ability to generate original video concepts.
• Excellent scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing end-to-end video production processes.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging visual content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially YouTube.
• Project management skills to coordinate multiple video initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience growing a YouTube channel or social media presence.
• Background in tech or security industry content.
• Familiarity with video analytics and optimization techniques.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Experience with podcast production.
• Understanding of B2B marketing strategies.
