Our platform enables sellers to stay competitive, protect margins, and make smarter pricing decisions across complex, fast-moving marketplaces.

About the Role

The Growth Marketing Manager will own the execution and optimization of Seller Snap's growth channels, with a strong focus on paid acquisition and a meaningful responsibility for SEO as we bring this capability in-house. This role is designed for a highly analytical, hands-on marketer who is comfortable managing paid spend, running experiments, and contributing directly to SEO execution. The role works closely with content, influencer, and partnership stakeholders, while remaining accountable for performance and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize paid acquisition efforts across channels such as Meta and TikTok, with a focus on lead generation and efficiency.
  • Manage paid media budgets, pacing, and allocation to maximize performance and ROI.
  • Launch, test, and optimize UGC, influencer, and performance-driven creative in paid environments.
  • Design and execute structured A/B tests across creative, messaging, audiences, formats, and landing pages.
  • Analyze funnel performance from ad → landing page → lead capture and drive continuous improvements.
  • Take ownership of SEO execution, including on-page optimization and collaboration on keyword and content strategy.
  • Manage and improve keyword targeting, content performance, and organic traffic growth.
  • Use data to identify opportunities, prioritize experiments, and scale what works.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in growth marketing, paid media, or performance marketing in B2B, B2SME, or eCommerce environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing paid social spend across platforms such as Meta and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Proven experience running structured experiments and A/B tests to improve acquisition performance.
  • Experience working with SEO fundamentals, including on-page optimization, keyword research, and performance tracking.
  • Comfort contributing to SEO execution as an in-house function.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working with funnels, attribution, and core growth metrics (CAC, CPL, CVR)
  • High level of proficiency with ads managers and analytics tools.
  • High level of written and spoken English.

  • Experience in the Amazon seller or marketplace ecosystem.
  • Experience working with influencers or UGC-driven content in paid acquisition.
