You'll own growth end-to-end, experiment fast, and directly shape how we acquire, activate, and scale customers across a massive global market. What you'll do:
- Own the full marketing funnel - analyze performance, identify leaks, and drive continuous optimization;
- Build and run a structured experiment engine to lower CAC and increase qualified pipeline;
- Lead ABM programs on LinkedIn: define ICP, target accounts, audiences, and campaigns that drive meetings and revenue;
- Grow organic traffic and conversions through SEO/GEO and content optimization;
- Build and iterate automated nurturing, re-activation, and lifecycle programs in HubSpot;
- Translate data into clear insights, prioritized actions, and measurable growth outcomes;
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product to align targeting, messaging, and growth opportunities
About you:
- You have 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years specifically in growth marketing;
- You're a hands-on operator who digs into funnels, identifies leaks, and drives measurable improvements;
- You have proven experience running ABM programs on LinkedIn - from targeting and audience segmentation to campaign execution and pipeline generation;
- You have experience with SEO/GEO and organic growth programs, and are comfortable using tools like SEMrush, GA4, GSC, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager;
- You're fluent in HubSpot automation - building workflows, nurturing sequences, lifecycle programs, and reactivation loops;
- You're highly analytical and experiment-driven, with the ability to translate data into clear priorities and action plans;
- You thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy building from scratch, and want real ownership over growth strategy and execution
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in travel tech, SaaS, or marketplace businesses
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and activation improvements
- Familiarity with multi-touch attribution and strong alignment with RevOps
- Experience scaling during Series A/B growth stages
- Prior startup experience, especially in fast-moving, high-ownership environments
