Technical Account Manager (TAM) SIEM/SOC/IR
We are seeking a
TAM SIEM/SOC/IR
with strong client-facing capabilities and a solid technical background to join our team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping bridge technical solutions with business needs—particularly in the areas of SIEM and SOAR. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and equally comfortable engaging with clients as they are working hands-on with technical processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Sales & Technical Design Support
- Engage directly with clients to understand requirements, translate them into technical designs, and support pre-sales efforts.
- Present technical solutions in a clear, client-friendly manner.
Solution Design & Architecture
- Participate in and contribute to technical design sessions for SIEM, SOAR, and other security operations solutions.
- Outline and define technical processes tailored to client needs.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation for client engagements.
- Create reusable blueprints and templates to streamline future client-facing documentation.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring alignment between client needs and solution design.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through active communication and technical credibility.

Experience:
- 2+ Years Experience in a Customer Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or simi
lar role.Clien
- t-Facing Skills: Proven ability (2+ years) to interact directly with clients, gather requirements, and present solutions effectively.Techn
- ical Background: Strong understanding of IT and cybersecurity concepts.Secur
- ity Operations Expertise: Knowledge of SIEM and SOAR platforms (e.g., Splunk, Chronicle, Sentinel, Cortex XSOAR, etc.)—hands-on experience strongly preferred.Commu
- nication: Native-level English (spoken and written) with excellent presentation skills.Adapt
- ability: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.Remot
e Work: Comfortable collaborating with distributed teams and clients across different time zones.****Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on implementation experience with SIEM or SOAR tools.
Industry certifications (e.g., Splunk Certified, GIAC, CISSP, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with modern security operations processes (alert triage, incident response, automation).
- Proven experience with Fortune 100 Clients.
Location: Ramat Gan, Israel
On-Site / Hybrid / Remote: Hybrid, Office Days 3-4 times a week
