The
Quality Management Division
is looking for an
Internal Quality Auditor
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control management, development, and production processes through internal process audits.
  • Monitor and review project deliverables through product reviews.
  • Conduct annual analysis of audit findings and present results to management.
  • Lead process audits for process owners within the plant.
  • Develop and update audit questionnaires based on work methodologies and organizational needs.
  • Define the annual audit plan and coordinate audit schedules with relevant departments.
  • Prepare for and participate in external audits.
  • Implement knowledge management practices and collaborate with various organizational units.

Requirements:

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Israeli citizenship.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Exact Sciences.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project development in one or more of the following areas: management, software, hardware, or systems engineering.
  • High proficiency in both English and Hebrew (spoken, reading, and writing).

Additional Qualifications (Advantages):

  • Master's degree – an advantage.
  • Familiarity with quality standards, CMMI model, and project development methodologies.
  • Completion of an
    AS9100 Lead Auditor
    course – an advantage.
  • CQE certification
    – an advantage.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in quality assurance or auditing – an advantage.
  • Understanding of processes, tools, and development methodologies in defense industries.
