Quality Inspector – Electrical and Electronics Subcontractors | Lod | Military Aircraft Division

We are looking for a Quality Inspector specializing in electrical and electronics subcontractors to join our Military Aircraft Division.

The position includes:


• Conducting quality inspections of subcontractors in the electrical and electronics fields


• Performing quality audits at subcontractors and external suppliers to verify compliance with IAI quality requirements and manufacturing standards


• Monitoring production processes among subcontractors, including acceptance testing, lab data review, FAI verification, supplier support, in-process audits, source inspections, and failure/nonconformance analysis


• Working closely with multiple departments including procurement, engineering, manufacturing engineering, production, and quality engineering.

What we're looking for:


• Technician or engineer in electrical/electronics – mandatory


• Engineering degree – advantage


• Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications – mandatory


• Skilled in using measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.) – mandatory


• Minimum 3 years' experience in quality control (QC) – mandatory


• Certified internal auditor in quality – mandatory


• IPC620 and IPC610 certifications – significant advantage


• Experience with CBA tools (flow, scope, soldering analysis, etc.) – mandatory


• Familiarity with quality standards AS9100, ISO9001, AS9102 – advantage


• Experience working with suppliers – advantage

You will join a small, highly professional team of quality inspectors specializing in electrical and mechanical fields within the quality organization. The role reports functionally to the Quality Engineering Department Head and the Subcontractor Quality Inspection Manager. This is a challenging and diverse position involving exposure to a variety of products and technologies, with supplier engagement both locally and internationally.
