About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Sales Operations team. This role combines client relationship management with commercial responsibility, focusing on renewals, onboarding, and retention within a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS platform. If you're sales-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to build long-term partnerships while driving growth, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
- Lead renewal negotiations to ensure timely, high-value contract closures.
- Manage onboarding and implementation for new clients, ensuring smooth adoption.
- Monitor account health, anticipate risks, and develop proactive retention strategies.
- Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities, partnering with Sales leadership to expand accounts.
- Support the Sales Operations team with CRM accuracy, reporting, and pipeline visibility.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2+ years of experience in Account Management, Renewals, or Sales Operations within B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record in renewals and client retention, with strong sales orientation.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven team player.
