Partners Enablement Manager

We're seeking an experienced and self-motivated Partner Enablement Manager to lead global enablement programs for our NA partner ecosystem.
In this unique role, you'll work directly with senior leaders - including CEOs of partner organizations - to enhance collaboration, drive growth, and strengthen performance across regions. You'll operate autonomously in a fully remote environment, managing complex regional & global programs.
You'll be responsible for everything from designing leadership and training programs to planning events, managing budgets, and creating enablement content that helps partners scale successfully.
About The Role- Empower external partners: Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and CEOs of partner organizations to align strategies, streamline operations, and help their teams influence org design and hiring decisions.
- Design and deliver global programs - for all roles and not limited to Revenue: Create impactful enablement experiences for Sales, CSM, Marketing, and Practice Leaders — covering skills, tools, and performance excellence.
- Own major initiatives end-to-end: Plan and execute global and regional events, manage budgets, and develop enablement content — independently and with precision.
- Lead partner leadership development: Run programs that help partner leaders build scalable, ROI-positive businesses through strong recruitment, goal setting, and business management.
- Operate globally, autonomously: Drive enablement strategy across time zones with full ownership — managing programs, content, and stakeholder engagement without on-site support.
- 5+ years of multidisciplinary experience in enablement, performance, or partner management roles.
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver complex, multi-stakeholder programs with minimal oversight.
- Experienced in engaging and influencing senior external leaders (up to C-suite).
- Strong background in program management, event execution, and enablement Impact creation.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills across global teams.
- Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, monday, Lessonly, Tablou, and other enablement / Performance tech stacks is an advantage.
