We are looking for a Revenue Controller to join our Finance team
In this role, you will play a key part in our success by serving as a business partner to our Sales, CX, Legal, and other business teams, as well as contributing to our accounting and reporting processes.
About The Role
- Serve as a business partner and provide ongoing support to our customer-facing teams
- Review and analyze agreements with customers and partners to ensure proper revenue recognition (ASC-606) and other accounting standards or internal policies are met. Prepare and maintain various reports supporting business needs
- Lead or participate in ad-hoc projects to enhance current workflows and procedures internally, and in conjunction with other departments
- Drive system enhancements and identify opportunities to optimize processes
- Take part in implementing and communicating new finance policies
- Take part in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process according to US GAAP
Requirements
- CPA with 2–3 years of post-internship experience
- Big 4 experience, high-tech industry, SAAS companies – a big advantage
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, with expertise in ASC 606
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling, etc.) – a must
- Familiarity with BI tools and data-driven analysis – an advantage
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems, ideally NetSuite and Salesforce
- Ability to work under pressure and to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
- Positive, hands-on and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Exceptional business partnering skills, with demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and at various levels within a company
- Fluent English
